Designer and architectural project manager interested in alternative construction and sustainable methods. Peter actively volunteers for local children's ministry, builds ministry sets, and promotes permaculture and material reuse. 2008-2009 Board Chair.

Ray Tollison - Co-Founder Think Compassion
Co-Founded Think Compassion with Erin Hummel in 2007. He is also the Web Manger for World Relief in Baltimore, MD and has worked in the marketing and design field for over 15 years. Ray lives in Colorado with his family, Sarah, Zoie, Ben and Sam.

Jennifer Wilson
Worked in the education field for over 15 years. Elementary School teacher for 10 years - Followed by several years as a professional developer for local school district. Most recently co-founder of literacy consulting company working with elementary school teachers and administrators on best practices in literacy instruction.

Jennifer Woods
Jennifer has been in education for 9 years. She is currently a second grade teacher at Resurrection Christian School.
